Shipping
All online orders will be shipped via our courier partners, Sendle or Direct Freight Express.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe location outside the premises. If a safe location is not available, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest courier depot.
You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from the depot or covering any additional fees for re-delivery.
If your parcel is required urgently – For urgent deliveries, please add a note in the “Notes to Buyer” section at checkout requesting shipment via Direct Freight Express. Kindly note that this may incur an additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
If the courier’s name is not clearly stated in your order confirmation email, use the following guide to identify the courier for your parcel:
- If the tracking number begins with “3199700…” (e.g., 3199700175432), your order has been shipped with Direct Freight Express. Track with Direct Freight Express
- If the tracking number is 7 characters long and starts with the letter “S” (e.g., SM6NXYG), your parcel was dispatched with Sendle. Track with Sendle

DELIVERY TO A P.O. BOX
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or a Locked Bag
REMOTE LOCATIONS & ISLANDS
Please be aware that some remote locations and islands may not be covered by standard delivery services and additional shipping charges may apply.
If this occurs, we will contact you to inform you of any additional costs.
