INSTALLATION

Identify the position on the cover where the vent is to be located – ensure that the opening of the top protective case is not pointing up towards the sky but rather sloping down to ensure water isn’t allowed to fall into it.
Using the base of the vent’s inner ‘open’ part as a template, mark the area of the fabric that is to be cut out.
Make a small incision in the fabric that you have marked and proceed to cut out the marked area – be sure not to cut out too much as its better to have a smaller hole than one that’s too big.
Place the base of the vent underneath the hole of the fabric and the top outer dome on top of the fabric.
One at a time, punch a small hole in the location of where each of the 4 stainless screws are to be fastened and the proceed to tighten each screw into place.
