How do I tell the difference between the T-Top and Pilot Covers?
T-Tops are made specifically to go over boats with a T-Top.
Pilot covers are made for pilot cruiser-type boats.

Are they trailerable?
Yes, the covers are trailerable (once tied down). For long-distance highway travel, we always recommend adding some additional straps over the top. This stops the cover from flapping which prolongs the cover’s lifespan.

How should I clean my cover?
-To clean your cover, use a soft brush and lukewarm water
-Do not use harsh laundry soap or chemical detergent as they may damage the protective UV coating on your cover.
-A mild, soapy detergent (even dishwashing liquid) is perfect to remove dirt and grim.
-For the more stubborn and in-ground stains, we recommend using a polyester canvas cleaner available from most camping and auto stores.
-Air dry
Note: To prolong the life of your cover it must be clean and completely dry before storing.

How to avoid rain/water pooling in the cover?

This will allow the rain/water to run straight off the cover.

Will a sharp object poke through the fabric?
To extend the cover’s lifespan, reinforce any stressed areas with extra fabric such as foam or a towel to prevent potential punctures over time.

Can Oceansouth modify a cover specifically to my needs?
No, we do not produce or alter bespoke orders to specific customer requirements. However, you can take our covers to a marine trimmer for any necessary modifications. Please be aware that such modifications may void the warranty.

Can I Return or exchange the product if it does not fit?

1. Misura la Lunghezza Totale del Tessuto

Usando un metro a nastro, prendi le seguenti misure sulla tua barca, assicurandoti di misurare da 20 a 30 cm sotto la punta della prua della barca (dove sarà l'orlo della copertura) fino a 20–30 cm sotto la poppa. Assicurati che il metro passi sopra le parti più alte della barca, come il parabrezza, il Bimini, il tetto, i supporti per canne da pesca o il piano esca di poppa (a seconda del caso).

2. Misura la Larghezza Totale del Tessuto

Misura da 20 a 30 cm sotto la parte più larga della tua barca sul bordo di sinistra (gonnellino di babordo) e fino a 20–30 cm sotto il bordo opposto di dritta (gonnellino di tribordo). Assicurati che la misura passi sopra il punto più alto della barca, come il parabrezza, il Bimini o il supporto per canne da pesca.
