The smooth PVC surface is easy to clean, making routine maintenance straightforward. Suitable for boatyard, garage, driveway and winter storage, this reusable cover offers a practical alternative to single-use shrink wrapping. It can also be used while trailering when correctly fitted and securely fastened.
Heavy-Duty Strength and Waterproof Protection
The robust PVC fabric provides a waterproof barrier against rain and spray while shielding your boat from dirt and debris. A strong 1000-denier backing enhances tear resistance while double lapped seams reinforce the cover for regular use and extended storage.
Semi-Custom Centre Console Fit
Designed around the raised centre console profile, the cover provides coverage across the boat’s bow, console and cockpit areas. Marine-grade tie-down fittings and Oceansouth’s innovative tie-down cleats help maintain a secure, stable fit.
Integrated Ventilation
A rigid cone air vent encourages airflow beneath the cover and helps reduce condensation during storage.
Q & A
How do I measure my boat?
Check out the video on how to measure – Click here >>
Otherwise, scroll down to the overall measurement instructions and you will see a guide on how to measure your boat.
How do I tell the difference between the T-Top and Pilot Covers?
T-Tops are made specifically to go over boats with a T-Top.
Pilot covers are made for pilot cruiser-type boats.
Are they trailerable?
Yes, the covers are trailerable (once tied down). For long-distance highway travel, we always recommend adding some additional straps over the top. This stops the cover from flapping which prolongs the cover’s lifespan.
How should I clean my cover?
-To clean your cover, use a soft brush and lukewarm water
-Do not use harsh laundry soap or chemical detergent as they may damage the protective UV coating on your cover.
-A mild, soapy detergent (even dishwashing liquid) is perfect to remove dirt and grim.
-For the more stubborn and in-ground stains, we recommend using a polyester canvas cleaner available from most camping and auto stores.
-Air dry
Note: To prolong the life of your cover it must be clean and completely dry before storing.
How to avoid rain/water pooling in the cover?
Check out our support pole in the link –Boat Cover Support Pole Kit
This will allow the rain/water to run straight off the cover.
Will a sharp object poke through the fabric?
To extend the cover’s lifespan, reinforce any stressed areas with extra fabric such as foam or a towel to prevent potential punctures over time.
Can Oceansouth modify a cover specifically to my needs?
No, we do not produce or alter bespoke orders to specific customer requirements. However, you can take our covers to a marine trimmer for any necessary modifications. Please be aware that such modifications may void the warranty.
