The Oceansouth Waverider Suspension is designed to improve
onboard comfort by allowing the seat to move with the vessel and absorb a portion of the impacts generated by waves and rough water. The suspension mechanism works together with a hydraulic coil shock absorber to provide a smoother and more controlled ride.

Spring preload controls how firm and supportive the suspension feels. Increasing the preload provides additional support for
heavier occupants, while decreasing it allows the suspension to respond more easily for lighter occupants.

The adjustable rebound control determines how quickly the
suspension returns to its normal position after being compressed. A faster return is suited to lighter occupants and calmer conditions, while a slower return provides a more controlled response for heavier occupants and rougher water.

The base incorporates multiple mounting-hole patterns to
accommodate a wide range of boat seats and mounting arrangements. Depending on the installation, the Waverider can be fitted directly beneath a compatible boat seat or used with a suitable seat swivel, seat slider or other mounting component.

Available with either a Black or White powder-coated aluminium finish, the Waverider can be coordinated with different boat interiors and seating styles.

Important Installation Information

The Waverider Suspension must be installed on a flat, structurally sound mounting surface with sufficient clearance for its full range of movement. Marine-grade stainless steel mounting hardware is required and is not supplied.

Correct installation orientation is essential for safe operation and proper suspension performance. Installation should be completed
by a suitably experienced person in accordance with the supplied owner’s manual.
