Returns and Refunds – Terms & Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return period for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
* The item must be unused, in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
* Please write your order number directly on the product packaging so we can ensure your order is refunded.
* Include a note with your name, original delivery address, and order number so we know who to provide the refund to.
* Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note:
Organizing the return and all associated postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the time and resources required for inspection, repackaging and restocking.
If your return meets the above conditions, we’ll process your refund using the information provided.
