Handling Time:
We ship the same business day for all orders paid before 2:00 pm EST.

Transit Time:
2-5 Business days. Expected ship time may vary based on the seller’s order cut-off time. Pickup allowed.
Taxes:
Sales tax may apply when shipping to Florida (6.0%).
WARRANTY
- All Oceansouth products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. Boat covers come with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty. To make a warranty claim, please email sales@oceansouth.us with dated proof of purchase and images of the damaged or faulty item. See our Warranty Claims Guide for examples of what is and isn’t covered.
- Please note that any modifications made by the customer to the product will void the warranty. General wear and tear over time is not covered under warranty.
- Oceansouth will repair or replace products or parts found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Warranty claims resulting from improper use will not be accepted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind, we offer a 30-day return period for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
* The item must be unused, in original condition and returned in its original packaging.
* Please write your order number directly on the product packaging so we can ensure your order is refunded.
* Include a note with your name, original delivery address, and order number so we know who to provide the refund to.
* Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note:
Organizing the return and all associated postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers the time and resources required for inspection, repackaging and restocking.
If your return meets the above conditions, we’ll process your refund using the information provided.
