2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America and countries within the European Union, aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Oceansouth, its distributors, and related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- Only verified customers who have purchased a product directly from an official Oceansouth online store or authorised marketplace are eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, customers must submit a genuine product review on an Oceansouth product.
- Reviews can be submitted through the Oceansouth website or through the review request email received after purchase.
- Each valid review equals one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted for various verified product reviews.
- Reviews that are deemed irrelevant, misleading, or offensive will be disqualified at Oceansouth’s discretion.
4. Promotional Period
The promotion runs continuously, with prize draws conducted once every three (3) months (or as otherwise stated on the promotional material). Entries received after the closing date for a given draw will automatically roll into the next eligible draw.
5. Prize
- Each draw will award one (1) winner per region.
- Winners will receive an Oceansouth online voucher valued at:
AUD $200 – for Australian residents
NZD $200 – for New Zealand residents
USD $200 – for USA residents
EUR €200 – for European residents - Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address used for their product review within seven (7) days of the draw.
- If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, Oceansouth reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternate winner.
7. Verification
Oceansouth reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and may disqualify any review or participant not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Privacy
By entering this promotion, participants consent to Oceansouth collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering this competition and contacting winners, in accordance with Oceansouth’s regional Privacy Policy (available on each regional website).
9. Liability
Oceansouth is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, communication errors, or delays that may affect participation.
10. Changes and Cancellation
Oceansouth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to local regulations and consumer protection laws.
