Premium Material

Made from ATLAS material, a robust, marine-grade fabric, our covers provide premium protection from a wide range of harsh elements. This high-quality material is specifically engineered to withstand the damaging effects of UV rays, preventing fading and degradation over time. Additionally, the ATLAS fabric offers exceptional resistance to saltwater, ensuring your boat remains protected from corrosive marine environments. It also effectively shields against dirt and pollutants, keeping your vessel clean and well-maintained. With the durable and resilient ATLAS material, you can trust that your boat is safeguarded against the toughest conditions, maintaining its pristine condition for years to come.

UV Protection

The strong UPF 50+ UV resistance of our covers ensures long-lasting colorfastness, effectively shielding your boat’s surfaces from the sun’s harmful UV rays. This high level of UV protection not only preserves the vibrant colors of your boat’s finish but also prevents the gradual deterioration and fading caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. By maintaining the integrity of your boat’s appearance, our covers help extend the lifespan of its exterior, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and costly repainting. With our UPF 50+ rated covers, you can confidently enjoy your time on the water, knowing your boat is well-protected against the harsh effects of the sun.

Durability

Oceansouth’s V-Hull Low Profile Style Covers are renowned for their exceptional durability, making them an ideal choice for protecting your boat. The ATLAS fabric is not only resistant to abrasions and tears but also offers superior protection against UV rays, saltwater and pollutants. Additionally, the fabric’s robust construction prevents stretching and sagging, maintaining a secure and snug fit over time.

Water Resistance and Breathability

The V-Hull Low Profile Style Covers are designed with advanced water resistance to prevent moisture from penetrating and keep your boat dry and protected from the elements. Made from ATLAS fabric, these covers also offer excellent breathability, allowing moisture and condensation to escape. This effective combination of water resistance and breathability ensures that your boat remains in optimal condition, even when exposed to rain, saltwater or high humidity.

Easy Maintenance

Oceansouth V-Hull Low Profile Style Covers are designed with a dirt-repellent feature that makes cleaning effortless. Simply use mild soap and warm water to maintain the cover’s appearance. Keeping the cover dirt-free ensures it retains its usability and remains ready for quick deployment whenever needed, providing both convenience and effective protection for your boat.

Important – Please Note

If trailering with the cover on the boat at speeds greater than 37mph, ensure the tie-downs are secure and taut, but avoid overtightening as this can lead to tearing when traveling at high speeds. Visually inspect the cover and tie-downs at regular intervals during your journey. At speeds greater than 37mph we highly recommend using two light ratchet straps (not included) tightened over the bow and secured to either side of the trailer to help reduce forward wind pressure on the cover and tie-downs.

We also recommend placing a soft barrier, such as foam underlay or pool noodles over any protruding items on the boat that will come into direct contact with the cover’s fabric and potentially wear through over time—such as rod holders and rocket launchers. This simple step will help extend the cover’s lifespan, ensuring many years of reliable use.

Q & A

How do I measure my boat?
Check out the video on how to measure – Click here >>
Otherwise, scroll down to the overall measurement instructions and you will see a guide on how to measure your boat.

How do I tell the difference between the T-Top and Pilot Covers?
T-Tops are made specifically to go over boats with a T-Top.
Pilot covers are made for pilot cruiser-type boats.

Are they trailerable?
Yes, the covers are trailerable (once tied down). For long-distance highway travel, we always recommend adding some additional straps over the top. This stops the cover from flapping which prolongs the cover’s lifespan.

How should I clean my cover?
-To clean your cover, use a soft brush and lukewarm water
-Do not use harsh laundry soap or chemical detergent as they may damage the protective UV coating on your cover.
-A mild, soapy detergent (even dishwashing liquid) is perfect to remove dirt and grim.
-For the more stubborn and in-ground stains, we recommend using a polyester canvas cleaner available from most camping and auto stores.
-Air dry
Note: To prolong the life of your cover it must be clean and completely dry before storing.

How to avoid rain/water pooling in the cover?
Check out our support pole in the link –Boat Cover Support Pole Kit
This will allow the rain/water to run straight off the cover.

Will a sharp object poke through the fabric?
To extend the cover’s lifespan, reinforce any stressed areas with extra fabric such as foam or a towel to prevent potential punctures over time.

Can Oceansouth modify a cover specifically to my needs?
No, we do not produce or alter bespoke orders to specific customer requirements. However, you can take our covers to a marine trimmer for any necessary modifications. Please be aware that such modifications may void the warranty.
